With the rapid improvement of new energy vehicles, lithium-ion batteries are also playing an increasingly important role in vehicle power batteries and large energy storage batteries. In lithium-ion batteries, the current collector generally used in the positive electrode is aluminum foil.
In the field of lithium-ion battery current collectors, 1235 aluminum foil and 1070 aluminum foil are the most widely used. 1070 aluminum foil is currently the highest purity aluminum alloy in the pure aluminum series. It has the characteristics of high plasticity, low strength, excellent corrosion resistance, good electrical and thermal conductivity. Its electrical conductivity can reach more than 35.7 S/m.
